As women used to balancing fitness amongst our forever growing to-do list, we know how hard it is to dedicate time to looking after you. That's right, time for you. No one else.
We first discovered Barre in the United Kingdom and United States and we've been local devotees ever since. We've experienced first hand how effective and efficient the holistic practice is from toned thighs and flat stomachs to improved flexibility and fitness, increased energy and less stress to better skin and sleep cycles.
So, what is barre? Barre is a combination of ballet techniques, yoga flows and pilates moves, these are used together in a routine to create an all over low impact body workout, which is safe on joints. The benefits of doing barre means that you will have a stronger toned body, stable core and less back pain, you will also see improvements in overall flexibility and posture,
We have developed our Aleenta BARRE syllabus based on what we believe is the most effective form of Barre. Working with physiotherapists, ballet, yoga, barre and pilates professionals we've created a program that specifically tones problem areas while also acting as a full-body workout. All of our class styles work in unison targeting different parts of the body, from cardio to flexibility, your body and mind will feel rejuvenated.
Our studios are unique - as beautiful as they are practical. Light, open and tranquil - spaces with their own quiet and warm energy. We want Aleenta BARRE to be a place where you can escape the treadmill of everyday life, a place where you can focus your mind, your body and your health.
