Introducing your fruit bowl! We’ve come up with some delicious ways to add that extra flavour in to your water world that will also add some extra health benefits. Adding ingredients to that extra intake will help your body absorb the effects rather than drowning your system, which can cause that tired feeling.
Lemon is the go to, which in hand helps boost your immune system, aiding your digestion, repairing your skin and balances those pH levels. Why not pair is with some slices of lime to change up those taste buds?
Cucumber and mint may seem to be more of an after 5 ingredient but, why not add that to some sparkling water, the bubbles will not only leave you feeling refreshed but it will help relieve upset stomachs.
Other creative concoctions we love include, the mixed berries, orange, lime and mint as well as cherry and basil. Alternatively why not freeze a tray of your favourite flavoured tea, drop a few blocks in your bottle to have your own iced tea.
