Write your goals down again. Re-visit the steps you need to get there. “I want to lose weight” is a common goal, but not measurable. I want to lose 3 kilos in 3 months by attending 3 barre classes a week and eliminating fast foods is a much clearer plan. Remember as Diana Scharf said “Goals are dreams with deadlines.”
2. Make sure your resolutions are achievable.
You need to ensure your resolutions are achievable – research shows that if you feel you can achieve something, you are much more motivated to tackle and try than if something feels out of reach.
