One of the beautiful things about incorporating the ballet barre into your fitness routine is the diversity of our classes. From the high-octane kilojoule smashing workout that is Barre F.I.T to the dance-inspired Ballet Barre, each class offers a unique challenge.
So which class is right for you? Of course we think you should try them all! In fact many of our students combine classes to get the most effective overall workout for their body, mind & soul. However, if you have a specific goal in mind here is a quick cheat-sheet.

Yoga meets the ballet barre in Barre Blend - a class that is fantastic for improving flexibility and strength. Vinyasa - yoga poses that are linked to create an ongoing flow of movement - stretches the body while traditional barre moves challenge the muscles. The class finishes with savasana, an integral component in mental flexibility, which builds a calm, quiet mind.
Tone my legs and butt
Barre Burn is our tribute to the original form of barre and focusses on small movements to make a big difference. The name is no accident - your legs will shake and your muscles will burn but your hard work will be rewarded with a toned physique that will kick butt.

So you’ve tried every Aleenta Barre class and are looking for a new challenge? Then the 1.75 hour Megabarre Workout is definitely for you. Held as a workshop every month or so, Megabarre features half an hour each of yoga, barre and cardio, followed by 15 minutes of delicious stretching & meditation. We know many of our students performed ballet as kids so Ballet Barre offers the opportunity to revisit your childhood and learn some new moves. Focussing on ballet technique, complemented by a large dose of fun, this class will take you right back to all the things you loved about dance as a child.

While many of our students performed dance growing up, we know that lots of you also love yoga and so we developed our exclusive Yoga Barre class to celebrate this ancient art. Expect an extremely challenging hour of long yoga flows, barre exercises and core work for strength, followed by guided meditation for mindfulness.

We created this class exclusively, creating a circuit that combines barre exercises with weight training and high-intensity exercises to get the heart pumping, burn kilojoules and keep your metabolism firing for the next 24 hours. Short rest periods challenge the body to work harder than you thought possible.
