Withthe festive season upon usit can be hard to stick to a structured eating plan due to those parties, dinners & family catch-ups. The key is everything in moderation and portion control! One bad meal or day of eating will not ruin your hard work. My advice is being selectivein what you eat and dish yourself up aplate which includes all the foods you want. The last thing we want to do is make a pig of ourselves going back for seconds or even thirds. Enjoy the food at this time of the year and after the busy period we can get back into normal routines. After all, a treat for our bodies & shock out of the normal routine will do us the world of good.
